Fix broken MBR

To fix a broken MBR, the following may work.

1. Boot the machine using Ubuntu Live USB/CD.

2. Install lilo in a terminal:

sudo bash

apt-get install lilo

Doing liloconfig and lilo as the installer talks about is not needed.

3. Then run this to install lilo in the mbr:

sudo lilo -M /dev/sda mbr
