11.04+: Chrome, Flash not working

Goto chrome://plugins/ (or about:about and go from there).

Check for libpepflashplayer and inactivate it and make sure Adobe Flash Player is active.

Or try to install libpepflashplayer, using sudo apt-get install libpepflashplayer 
from a terminal.
