Change keyboard:

Open a terminal or console (CTRL+F1) and do the following:

sudo bash

raspi-config

GO to locale and change it to what you like. Use SPACE to mark a locale and TAB to move to OK. Get out.

But that does not help...

... so also edit: /etc/default/keyboard, the line XKBLAYOUT="gb", for swedish, change "gb" to "se". Reboot.
