NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS and Prio

Prio - Priority Saver is a nice add-on for the task manager,
which may be found here: http://www.prnwatch.com/prio.html

But installing the network driver part of it may cause STOP
faults when accessing the Internet.

STOP 0x00000035 NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS

Microsoft suggests modifying
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Mup\Parameters
And in there adding a DWORD with the value of 10.

But that did not help when having Prio installed - removing that though helped.
